I’ve split with the father of my two kids. We were together for 10years. He can’t accept it’s over and is getting bitter with me. My eldest son who is 6 wants to stay over ya weekends his choice I have never put anything into his head he just wants to spend time with daddy. And each time he asks he’s fobbed off. He says he will come collect kids early Saturday and drop them back in the evening! Is it selfish of me to want a break? I have the kids all week and I’ve never once asked him for to take the kids or maintenance. The last time I asked for maintenance he plays with my head. So my questions are. How do I go about a court order of maintenance (Ireland) and how do I set up a schedule for him to take kids every other weekend? He’s being very immature and childish over all of this and I can’t handle it anymore. I need a break 😓
