The last few days I’ve been a bit constipated. I’ve just been for a very small poop (sorry, tmi) and it was lighter coloured than normal and there was something white in it. It’s not worms, I’ve seen those before. I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant. Is this normal?

Could be your colonial fluid or somthing you have eaten constipation is bog standard for pregnancy unfortunately
