Needing some advice and wondering if anyone has been in the same situtation!

After being sexually abused from the age of 10 to 15 by 3 family members and a family friend!! Im really struggling being with my partner .. we have 2 beautiful kids been together for 7 years … i have always struggled with sex with him .. however its getting worse and i think hes getting fed up with it … because i never want to have sex or stop in the middle of it .. dont like him even touching me really 😨 i want to tell him why i find it so hard to do but im so scared because i dont know how he will take it … he might not want to be with me anymore or think im disgusting !! So many bad thoughts about it !! Can anyone give me advice please ?? No bashing please its took alot for me to even post this 😢
