Can I have a post (anon) to the appropriate page please.
Im around 6-7 weeks pregnant and for the past 2 days i’ve had quite bad shoulder pain and belly ache. And today when I went to the toilet ive got brownish discharge when I wipe. I Haven’t seen a midwife yet only my partner knows, ive googled it like a genius and it’s signs of Ectopic pregnancy? ! Can I just go to the hospital with no notes or midwife? Also where would I go? Any advice would be great x
Thanks x

Could you reply to my post please.
I have 2kids in bed and my partner is at work. Just us 2 know and my family Arnt close so I don’t know what to do..
I had shoulder pain from about 5 weeks pregnant, which persisted up until about 14 weeks. I went to A&E at 5ish weeks pregnant after ringing 111 and they felt my tummy, which he said was “nice and soft” and told me to just keep an eye on it. I’d had slight spotting too which is what prompted me to call.
My baby is now 14 months old, so it definitely wasn’t ectopic. I guess the pain in my case was down to stretching.
Ring 111 for advice or go to A&E. I hope everything works out for you xxx
I had bad shoulder pain in my last pregnancy which ended in a mc. The shoulder pain started when I was around 4wks pregnant. It continued until 6wks after my mc. I got prescribed pain killers. See your gp. My mc was not related to the shoulder pain. Hope you are feeling better soon x
I went to my gp for this I collapsed at work then the gp sent me to a woman’s unit to be scanned. Fortunately it wasn’t An I have a healthy 10 month old xx

It’s not baby unit at that stage of pregnancy ,,, it’s a&e ,,, so go there ,,, they may refer you to the pregnancy unit . Hope all is ok xx

I went straight to a & e when I bled with my youngest at 6 weeks xx
Yes, have a quick Google for your nearest early pregnancy unit or A&E
I ent out to scare you but this is a sign of ectopic not saying it but deffo worth getting checked out I’d go to your nearest a&e x
They won’t see you at baby unit unless you are referred through A&E go straight there. Xx
