Can I have a private post please? Has anyone ever had the depo shot and missed their period straight away? Had sex with condom twice after my period in NOV , was due again 19th DEC , got the depo shot 13 DEC. Doc told me it would take 2 shots to sort itself out as I was having irregular bleeding. What’s the chances of me being pregnant or am I being overly paranoid?? Thanks X

When I was on the depo i stopped having periods straight away. With the depo it’s easier for your periods to stop then come back.
I was told use condoms for first 7 days after each depo,But yes it can stop periods right away
