can i have a private post please?
my son is coming up 2 and since hes been born hes always suffered with random unexplained sickness! There is no pattern to it, like for a week he will walk into the kitchen every other day throw up and walk back out as if nothings happened no fever nothing then he will a few days no sickness then will happen again. When he has a cold it will happen everyday until it goes. He does choke on like noodles and pasta and things like that! Has anyone had this problem? And what did you do? Hes been on ranitidine, omeprazole and gaviscon to see if it helps and it doesnt we are currently trailling domperidone to see if that helps! Any advice please??

Could be a good intolerance and allergy have you tried a food diary? Some childerens have issues with their epiglottis getting stuck worth the doctor having a look down his throat x
Have his esophagus checked out it sounds like if he is choking on noodles and pasta and is sick when he has a cold that he has difficulty swallowing
Try to stay from asid food and milk see if hellps
