Can I have a private post please. My son is nearly one and I’m struggling with his nap times and him going to sleep at night. He wakes at about 5:30 screaming for his milk and then falls back asleep until about 7, he then brushes his teeth, has his breakfast etc. Sometimes he has a nap at around 9:30 and then aswell as that sometimes has a nap at around 2:30/3pm or sometimes he will miss this second nap! He will struggle to go to bed at night time as he is over tired and ends up going to bed at about 9. I’m struggling to put him into a routine and need some advice
