Ex partner taken me to court for his daughter the court gave him a 6week trial to see if he would change and start making effort either his daughter he came today tryed taking his daughter away from me and threated me I got police coming what will happen when go back to court ???

He’s not allowed to take his daughter got to come to my house to see her daughter at my house to show that he can be trusted with her .
So is the 6 week trial up? Was he supposed to have your daughter today? Threatening you won’t do him any favours but if he was due to have his daughter today and you didn’t let her go then it won’t look good for you either.
Most likely be charged with attemptive kidnapping if he has no parental responsibilities.. if I’ve read your post right anyway x
I doubt any judge would be in his favour if hes threatening you especially in front of a little one
Supervised access unless he’s a danger to you both then he will get nothing xx
