Hi am looking on some advice my son was in a car accident “car hit behind” son had some swelling to side of his face he was 3 at the time he was in there care of his dad…his dad put in for compensation…. fast forward a few years… I’ve just had a phone call off his dad stating he has court over it on a selective date and my son is to attend?… my son is 6 years old has autism and will be at school at this date and time for court I don’t want to put him though this… can I refuse my son to go
Me and dad are split on DV circumstances so it’s not easy for me to discuss this with him thanks xx
