Does Any one know what this is ? My sons 3 and was in hospital with this last week this is on his bottom this area is worse but it’s pretty much all over him and on one foot , hosp said it was hsp ( only one doc seen him ) but I’m not convinced. He does have eczema but it’s on his arms and don’t look like this it’s really sore for him xx
