Hello, sorry to bother you but just wondering if you had any tips on what could help! I am 6 weeks pregnant (so very few people know) and I am crippled with a horrible headache, lying in the dark no noise at all to try and help but nothing is easing it at all! Do you know of any tricks that could help 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 thanks x

Try cold/ hot compress on your eyes and get your blood pressure checked ASAP! Just as a precaution
The only thing that worked for me was headache patches or a hot water bottle x
