Hi can I have a post please? My little ones dad isn’t allowed to know my address because of previous harassment issues which resulted in me getting an injunction. Over the last few days he has been bombarding me with messages demanding the school and home address of where my child lives. My child doesn’t have anything to do with the dad because of previous problems, where do I stand with this and what do I do next? The police have already been informed about the harassment but legally where would I stand? Would he get access? He isn’t allowed unsupervised access and little one refuses to see dad. There was domestic violence and threats of abduction before anyone makes any assumptions. But Iv tried and tried and it’s always thrown back in my face. I also have residency. Iv had to turn my phone off because of constant messages and phone calls.
