Hi could I get a PP post please, no bashing please.

I had a termination in November last year due to difficulties with my mental health and being under the care of the mental health team. My periods have been odd since usually between the 10-13 and are shorter but very heavy. One month I have cramps, next I don’t, or severe nipple pain, then don’t. I just went to the toilet there and noticed brown blood I have been cramping really badly the last 2 weeks and my boobs have swollen up. I’m just freaking out and getting anxious that this might be implantation bleeding and I’m pregnant again, cause it’s 5-7 days early I have been using condoms. Is it maybe that my periods are still all over the place cause of the termination.
