Hi girls can I have a PPP,

So i found out earlier in the week that I was pregnant it comes to Saturday and I start bleeding I have been since it hasn’t been heavy and there have been maybe 1 or 2 tiny clots, I have been seen today and had an internal examination to be told that they can not find anything to suggest that I am pregnant if I’m right I am 5w+3 please tell me this is normal 😞 I have to go back later on the week to see if my HCG levels have risen, I’m panicking worrying and getting frustrated all at the same time. X
