My little boy is 16 months old and he still doesnt talk yet. He just babbles in a high pitched voice, what age did everyone elses little ones start saying things? Hes also very bad tempered over the littlest thing and doesnt like anyone else except me my husband and my parents! He literally screams when other people come in the room xx
