Me and my ex spilt up before my daughter was born. He has her every 2nd weekend. So the weekend to Christmas he had her over night he stays at his sister house their stairs is about 10-11 step the a corner the 2-3 steps down in the house that weekend he had her she’s came home to me on the Sunday with a bump on her head my sister came out and took her inside while me and dad where talkin how she had been ect.. he never mentioned she’s fell down stairs so I call him up asking why she’s had this bump on her head and she’s crying when everybody spoke to her. He said oh yeah forgot to mention she fell down the stair I asked was you there he said no I was sleep I had presume that there would of been stair gates up considering his sister has a 3 year also. I asked him if he had take her to be seen he said she was fine. So he didn’t take her to be seen I ask him if he would take us to hospital so she could be checked he said can’t your dad take you? Because he was sat his girlfriend house 20 mins away from me so then I had to go up to the hospital on the Sunday night this happened on the Saturday I didn’t get her home till tea time Sunday so I take her up there to be checked and slightly concussion. I have to give him my stair gate because he won’t buy one?? I ask him i it will be fitted? No reply Am I overreacting here ? I don’t mind give him the gate but I’m so worried about this weekend when she’s away she’s 2
