Can I have a post please…. I’m ready for all the negative comments coming my way.
I’m incredibly insecure, I’m in a long term relationship. When we met I was slim and didn’t feel down about myself. But now we’ve had 3 children and I’m so insecure about myself. I’ve stopped him watching porn even though we used to enjoy watching it together, if he so much as looks at another woman while we are out together I accuse him of perving on her and get in a mood with him, I do my best to avoid watching movies/tv shows with him that involve naked women/sex scenes etc because I convince myself he’s perving on them and I end up feeling even more shit!
I know I shouldn’t be THIS insecure but it’s been going on so many years now and I’m fed up. I wish I didn’t care about these things but I do and I don’t know how to stop. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.
