Hi can you please ask for me.
Does anyone have any issues with their GP. My GP is a private doctor. He doesn’t and won’t take on any medical card holders. When my son was born 5 months ago he said he will see him for his injections but if he is sick he will charge to see him. There are 2 other GPs in the area but both have waiting lists. I’m stuck on what to do about my sons under 6s card which still isn’t filled out. My GP has signed up to this but he’s within his rights apparently to refuse the card holders. Do I ask him to sign it anyway even tho he won’t see him and will charge me?? Thanks
